5. Orders and Bookings

- You are responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate

- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion
5.3 Pickup & Delivery
- You must ensure access to the pickup location at the scheduled time
- Delays caused by user unavailability may result in rescheduling
6. Pricing and Payments

- Prices are displayed within the app
- Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders retain their original pricing
6.2 Payment
- Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Paystack
- You agree to provide accurate payment information
- We do not store your card or bank details
6.3 Failed Payments
Orders may not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
7. Cancellations and Refunds

- Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible

- We are not liable for normal wear and tear of garments
- We are not responsible for items left in clothing such as money or jewelry
- We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect labeling or undisclosed fabric conditions
